Where is mens wearhouse headquarters

It was one of the most distasteful things I have ever been through! I hope you go out of business because of it. I recently applied for a job in your Long Island locations. Not out of necessity. But you need my help more than I need yours.

They have zero skill to upsell customers. Your regional manager who interviewed me literally ran off mid way to take a call. Mike Simone Please log in again. The login page will open in a new tab. Zea Rotisserie Grill Corporate Office. Total Headquarters. The store was busy at the time but nobody greeted us or instructed us to sign in.

I had to ask if we needed to sign in. After signing in we waited seated for about 15 minutes while 2 more customers walked in. One customer was picking up order so he was helped first, The other customer who came in 15 minutes after us was kindly asked for his name and was offered a form to fill out, all the while as we sat being ignored.

We were not seated in hiding, we were seated where the clerks passing by can clearly see that we have been waiting. His answer was that because that customer was standing he was just handing him the paper to fill out. I demanded for the same form and asked for the manager. The manager instead of coming to assist me right away was lingering in front of me helping another customer after the fact that Preston the clerk had gone and told him to come out. I had to approach the manager first. When I complained about the situation, the manager tried to defend the clerk saying that he was merely handing out the form to fill out to the other customer and that he was not actually going to help him next.

Instead of apologizing, the manager made me feel like I was complaining for no good reason. This is the poorest service I have received from any store in a long time. The fact is that we were seated there patiently and was completely ignored and overlooked even if it was just a piece of paper that was offered. Why was the customer behind us, make that 2 customers, helped and acknowledged before us?

Why were we not greeted in the first place? Why were we not instructed to sign in before I had to actually ask what needed to be done? Not one word of acknowledgement. I personally felt discriminated against and also felt the manager was not addressing my concern at all. My son was eventually helped by a very friendly and efficient employee Kim who helped us with excellent customer service.

However, I am very upset with the clerk Preston, who all along knew we were waiting, and with the store manager who tried to brush me off. I been buying my suits and shirts from mens warehouse. I dealt with one sales person only because he was great. Then I came across this snag I go to buy a last minute sport coat shirt and tie and jeans simple purchase my limit on my card was I didnt have the card on me but there is a glitch in the system apparently so I couldnt buy it unless I had the card.

I went home to grab the card so I found went back it was declined!! They lowered it for no reason?? They say my payments on time.

So what is the point in going somewere that you cannot rely on them seriousally I told my salesperson this is my last purchase I am only buying cause I need it. All that they had to do was to type in the measurements and take the money.

It was extremely upsetting to be treated with such disrespect when we came in. One man completely ignored us, one helped the people that came in after us, and the other said we could just wait and it was going to be a while.

We are extremely upset and this will probably be the very last time we rent from here if this is the way this place allows its employees to treat paying customers. Yes, we went in Rocky Mount, N. THE manager of that store is good at taking And is very rude. The sale said buy one and get one free on oterwear! Outerwear became acessoriesand was not free! I always thought hat were outrwear and not acessory!

Hello i submitted a complaint today and just want it to come to your attention. I did not submit it in this box but the email tab above. The reference As a groomsmen who lives out of state from the party, you want nothing but a great experience when picking out suits for your guys. Half of my guys experienced nothing but rude customer service from the North Lake mall location in Charlotte North Carolina not the inside mall location.

Luckily, where I got fitted in Dallas TX, they did not know there was two locations and sent my suit into the mall location where I experienced nothing but pleasant service. That right there should tell you these are fools measuring you up! Second the lady tried to send my guy out with a 34 in a different shade of gray.

The only thing she said was oh that was my bad. Yea, your bad! Its unfortunate we had to experience all this because we definitely did not love the way we feel, I guarantee it! They offered no assistance upon our arrival until after 15 minutes of staring at us, they finally asked why we were and told us to sign in. Then when the tuxedos were ready for pick up, we tried on the tux and they looked horrible!

The jackets were too loose and the pants were too short. These were supposed to be slim fit tuxedos and none looked that way. My friend wanted to try on a smaller size for fitting purposes and the lady was adamant that it was not his size. My pants were hemmed too short and I requested that they redo the hem to make it longer. I was told they will fix it and will have it ready for me the next day. After 15 minutes of waiting, they finally located it and gave it to her without apologizing.

To make matters worst, I realized that the pants were even hemmed at all! They were still short. No work was ever done to them. And the stitches were so visible it looked sloppy. Tuxedos are supposed to be fitted and make you look sharp but I can assure you that none of the groomsmen or the groom looked the part. That was not the case here. They need to be trained or re-trained on being professional manager included. Corporate, please look into this; otherwise, you might as well anticipate on closing this location down.

Mens wear house employees did nothing but blame us or rectify the situation very rude to customers who just dropped 2, — the fabric was cheap period!!! The groom instructed me to go in and pay for the tux and set up pick up in another town. The groom wanted to make it easy and pick up everyones tux.

I walked into the store and was greeted not a pleasant greeting at that by Chad assistant manager. I explained that I was here to pay for a tux for an upcoming weeding. He went to look up the wedding party, while doing so I explained that my son would be wearing a black tux, instead of the matching vera wang tux per grooms request.

The vera wang tux was This decision came from the bride and groom. Not that he was nice to being with! I explained that I was not trying to offend him by discussing price, just trying to explain why we are ordering a different tux.

He accused me of being sarcastic and snide. I was totally caught off guard, I was just coming into to provide payment for a tux. I have nothing to be snide about. I asked for the store manger, which he said he was. He is not…. Then asked for a number for real store manager, which is a national number. I have never been treated like this in my life while in a retail store.

I asked to pay for the tux, and he would not take my payment. Explained that I could pay when I picked up and not now. The groom is going to be picking up the tux, which means now he will have to pay for the tux and then I will pay him back. Chad St Cloud assistant manger, you should be ashamed of how you conducted yourself today. Mens Wearhouse I would hope that you take a responsible stance and follow up on this complaint.

During the duration of our fitting the guy made comments about my weight he was quite a bit bigger than me. He also completely humiliated my dad with the tape measure in front of other customers about his size. My dads shirt was two times bigger then it should of been. Not only did it hand to his knees he spent the whole wedding and reception having to pull the sleeves up because they were falling down past the wrist of the jacket. We know what size we wear!!!!

If he had listened to us maybe our tux would of fitted right. Then his shoes were two sizes to small. We had to send someone out to find him shoes to wear!! He ended up having to wear black shoes instead of brown like he was suppose to wear to match the groomsmen. Then as I went in to return it they had a few customers in there as I waited in line there was an employee behind the counter on his phone and multiple other employees where standing around.

The guy rolled his eyes and with his mannerisms pretty much said whatever and she walked out. There was no one in line behind me and all the employees where standing around anyways. The told her he talked to a guy about a tux and came to check it out. The guy he spoke to had no clue what he was talking about and just blew him off. The best man and groom also experienced horrible customer service!!!!

By far the worst buying experience any of us have ever had!!!!! All of it. Especially a tux fitting, for your final year in high school.

Yeah, I know, you do this a hundred of times a day…and it sure felt like. No choices, nothing to try on, no accessories to see, terrible customer service. You need a new marketing relations dept. You blew it. I am just following up on receiving an interview. I emailed Summer Brown and submitted my resume and cover letter. I would like very much to work at one of your stores in and around the Overland Park,Kansas metropolitan area.
