Fans of NieR Replicant who are on the path towards absolute completion of the game will spend a lot of time grinding outside quests. Many of the early quests are fairly simple and straightforward.
Others require rare materials or mastering a difficult minigame. One troublesome errand is the "On the Wings of Eagles" quest. This guide will explain where to find the extremely rare Eagle Egg item that is needed to complete the task. On the Wings of Eagles is a quest that becomes available after fulfilling a couple of other prerequisites early on in NieR Replicant.
The job is available from the Tavern Keeper in the protagonist's home village. Speaking to the Tavern Keeper at that time will activate a quest to collect an Eagle Egg from The Aerie in order to make more medicine for the ailing grandmother. The Eagle Egg is obtainable in a very specific location within The Aerie. Even then, there is a random chance that the gathering node will spawn when visiting the village.
Take the path to the right , so you are moving towards the area below the chief's house, and next to the house at the end is the rare spawn point of the Eagle Egg. If there is nothing there, reload your save file from the start of the Aerie and travel back to this spot to try and make it appear. That's why we recommended that you save at the beginning. This is a very rare spawn, and even when it spawns, you might get Broken Pottery instead. As a result, it might take you a few tries to get the eggs you want.
Eagle Eggs are not a one-time occurrence as they respawn in this spot, so you can farm more than one from here providing that you have good luck with spawns. Meg appreciates gaming on all formats but primarily spends her time achievement hunting. I mean the aeri village will be completely destroyed in the 2nd part of the game an i cant get any harvesting points there anymore, so what am i supposed to do if want to fully upgrade my weapons?
Accepted Answer. I just started Part 2 again, I went to the Aerie BEFORE the actual Quest sent me there and before the town was destroyed, I created a save there and went in, there is a sparkle, below the mayors house, I looked there for the egg and when i got nothing I reloaded and tried again and again and again I would recommend you try this. Although you can't finish the quest, you still need the egg for the phoenix dagger and sword User Info: AchillesResolve.
